The form will close at the end of the day on June 5th.
Please note that completing the form is not an official registration or sign-up for the program. Families will still be able to participate in Summer Feeding regardless of whether the form is completed. However, your response will greatly assist us in planning and ensuring that enough meals are available at each site.
